This post is chock full of all the holiday recipes you need for entertaining this season!

Over the past two years, 918 Plate has covered a wide array of foods that would be perfect for the holiday season, but I’ve never put them all together for you in one place – so I thought – “Why not now?” #enJOY!

Here are some of my holiday favorites – I hope they become some of yours, too!

Cranberry Salsa

Entrees
Ham Loaf with Pineapple Sauce
One Pan Whole Roasted Chicken

These spiced pecans are sweet, salty, and smoky - and don't even require an oven!
This spicy sweet cranberry salsa will have you licking the bowl whether you're watching a game or partying with your family and friends.
This sweet ham loaf with pineapple sauce is a great addition to your spring holiday table.

Side Dishes

Sauteed Ginger Asparagus

Chicken Cornbread Dressing | 918 Plate - My great grandmother’s chicken cornbread dressing is the perfect side dish to your holiday feast, and even a complete meal on its own!
My dad’s mashed potatoes are simple but different - completely smooth and packed with lots of dairy to give them a super creamy texture!
Homemade Green Bean Casserole uses more than just the soup can, and will taste great now and even better the next day!
Sauteed Chard with Mushrooms is a perfect side dish for a big piece of juicy steak or chicken; a nice accompaniment to your summer table.
This sauteed ginger asparagus is a quick and easy side that is great on its own or mixed into your favorite dishes!

Dessert
Egg Nog Creme Brulee
Red Velvet Cake
Mini Peanut Butter Pies

This Creme Brulee is a very simple dessert that will wow your friends and family with a creamy egg nog flavor, perfect for the holidays.
This red velvet cake is meant to be a legendary copycat from a cake at the Waldorf-Astoria!
All you need is an hour to make these mini peanut butter pies from scratch!
