5-Ingredient Avocado Alfredo Pasta [mGF, V]

This avocado alfredo is creamy, rich, and smooth, filled with cheese and topped off with some salt (and maybe a little extra cheese)!

  • 1 avocado small and ripe
  • ¼ block of Gournay cheese like Boursin
  • 1 C. milk
  • ½ C. pasta of your choice
  • ¼ C. Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste


  1. Bring a pot of water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
  2. Mash avocado with a fork.
  3. On low heat in a small saucepan, combine avocado with milk and cheese. Stir occasionally, heat until warm. (Be careful to not let the sauce break)
  4. Prepare pasta according to directions.
  5. In a blender or using an immersion blender, blend sauce until smooth.
  6. Return sauce to pan and stir in parmesan cheese.
  7. Pour over pasta and serve immediately.
  8. Salt (and pepper, if preferred) to taste.
