Cucumber Basil Gin Fizz

  • 3 large basil leaves chopped
  • 3 slices of cucumber quartered
  • 1 T. honey local from Roark Farms
  • ¼ lime
  • 2 oz. gin
  • Ice
  • 7- Up or other lemon-lime soda


  1. Muddle basil and cucumber together in a shaker.
  2. Add honey, lime, gin and ice to shaker.
  3. Shake vigorously, until it’s frothy and cold.
  4. Pour shaker contents over ice into a small wine glass or scotch glass, until halfway filled. (any short glass will do)
  5. Top off the drink with your lemon-lime soda, and garnish with a cucumber, lime, or both!
