  • Peppermint Mocha Sauce:
  • 1 C. water
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1/4 C. cocoa powder
  • 1/4 t. peppermint extract
  • .
  • Peppermint Mocha Drink:
  • 1 C. prepared coffee
  • 1/4 C. peppermint mocha sauce
  • 1/4 C. light coconut milk


  1. In a small saucepan, heat water on medium-low heat.
  2. Dissolve brown sugar into the water.
  3. Once dissolved, whisk in cocoa powder and peppermint extract. Set aside.
  4. Prepare coffee according to directions.
  5. Add in coconut milk (or other milk, to your taste).
  6. Stir in peppermint mocha sauce.
  7. Drink and #enJOY!

Recipe Notes

Mocha sauce will probably make enough for 4 cups. You can store extra in the fridge!
